Audiotonix has confirmed an agreement to acquire Wisycom, DPA Microphones and Austrian Audio from PFH Palladio Holding.
For production-sound professionals, the deal brings Wisycom into the same Audiotonix group as Sound Devices. The acquisition also adds DPA Microphones and Austrian Audio to a portfolio that includes DiGiCo, Solid State Logic, Calrec, Allen & Heath and other professional-audio brands.
In an announcement distributed by the companies’ French team, DPA Microphones, Wisycom and Austrian Audio said they will remain independent brands and continue operating under their own names. The companies said their existing management, R&D teams, production sites and headquarters will remain in place.
Audiotonix lists the agreement as confirmed in February 2026. Financial terms and a closing date were not included in the supplied announcements.
