Den Hollander will take over Host Broadcast Services on 1 October 2026, succeeding Dan Miodownik as CEO of the Infront subsidiary.
Ronald den Hollander will become CEO of Host Broadcast Services on 1 October 2026, succeeding Dan Miodownik at the Infront host-broadcast and production subsidiary.
Miodownik and HBS COO Luc-Antoine Charial will remain in their current roles through 30 September before leaving their respective positions. Miodownik has served as HBS CEO since 2018.
den Hollander moves up from the role of HBS Director of Broadcast Sites, Operations & Services. Infront said he will assume overall responsibility for HBS’s strategic direction, operational delivery, innovation and continued growth, including its affiliated production businesses.
According to Infront, den Hollander joined HBS in 2005, has been with the company for more than 20 years and has served on its executive management team for almost a decade. The company said his previous senior roles have covered construction, venue management and broadcast infrastructure, and that he has played leading roles in five FIFA World Cups, several UEFA European Championships and various Asian Games.
Infront said the appointment followed an extensive succession process and linked the leadership change to delivery of HBS’s stated 2026 projects, including the FIFA World Cup 2026 host broadcast, the US Open and the inaugural World Athletics Ultimate Championship. Infront’s announcement does not identify a successor to Charial or set out HBS’s executive-management structure after the transition.
